TOUR GUIDE
Do you have a gift for talking to people? Are you proud of your region and love to show it off? Do you love working outdoors? We are always interested in meeting exceptional customer-focused guides to join its team in Taumarunui.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to bring their personality to the job
- Love working outdoors and with people
- Have a knack for remembering stories and facts
- Flexible, professional nature and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and pride in their work
- Understand customer service
- A clean NZ drivers license
- Safety focused
- First Aid and Chainsaw Safety Certificates (preferred)
- Full-time and part-time fixed-term work available between 1st October 2024 to mid-May 2025, including weekends
- Physically fit and able
- Full training provided

CONDUCTOR
Want to be involved in guiding customers, but unsure whether you have the confidence to stand up the front yet? Then this is the perfect pathway to guiding. Our Conductors are an integral part of the day - they help set up carts, maintain safety measures on the tour, interact with clients and gain valuable experience at speaking in public.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Have an interest in learning facts and stories
- Flexible, professional nature and able to deal with changes
- Attention to detail and pride in their work
- Understand customer service
- A clean NZ drivers license
- Safety focused
- Part-time and full-time fixed-term work available between 1st October 2024 to mid-May 2025 including weekends
- Physically fit and able
- Full training provided

General Hand (Maintenance)
Have you got an atuomotive maintenance background? Love tinkering with small motors, and able to back a trailer? Then we are looking for you! We’re looking for people who can help maintain our fleet of rail carts (customised golf carts) and general maintenance around our base premise and motel.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Automotive qualifications or relevant experience is a must
- Love working outdoors
- Have a flexible and professional nature
- Be able to deal with last-minute changes to the plan
- Attention to detail and pride in their work
- Safety focused
- A clean NZ drivers license required
- Ability to back a trailer essential
- Able to work on your own, but also part of a wider team
- 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. September start
- Hours are generally 8am - 5pm
- Physically fit and able
- Training provided

- Physically fit and able
- Commentary training provided
- Must love a good kiwi gravel road
