Our half day adventure to Tokirima was amazing. Despite encountering the one wet day of the whole summer, the team made it so memorable. Our guide, the young Yorkshireman, Chris, was so well informed and clearly well trained. His Maori articulation and intonation was brilliant. We learnt so much about the railway, the geography and the history of the region. Bus driver Vaughan continued the great information feed on the bus ride back to town.
