How fit do I need to be?
This adventure is perfect for moderate fitness levels. With 40kms to cycle, some will be keen to ride ahead, and others happy to cruise along at a more relaxed pace, there's no hurry and plenty of time is allowed to reach the destination. If you can walk at a steady pace for 3 to 4 hours then you will manage this trip.
